How much are the shipping costs ?

The shipping costs are always calculated from Bonn (Germany) to your delivery address based on the nature of goods according to our current shipping cost tables. The delivery is always made CIP ( door-to-door ) unless expressly agreed otherwise, by one of our shipping partners UPS, TNT, DHL Express, DHL. We choose the shipping company to optimize the shipping process and the delivery time, depending on several factors (utilization of transport service providers, possible pick-up dates, delivery time, nature of the product), so we can ensure that your order arrives quickly and safely.

Which payment methods do we accept? ?

We accept payments via PayPal (credit card / debit, even without PayPal account), payment via the portal Klarna (invoice, installment purchase, instant wire transfer, debit, credit card) as well as the usual bank transfer. Please note that the availability of payment options is determined by the respective providers (PayPal, Klarna) and depends on creditworthiness as well as other factors. In case of problems, please contact the payment provider directly.

How long does the delivery take ?

The delivery time for our products is indicated individually on the product page for each product. Stored products are usually handed over to the carrier on the same day if ordered before 12:00.

How safe is shopping in our online store ?

As a German company with business relations within and outside the EU, we take data protection and responsibility very seriously. Behind our web appearance there is always up-to-date software and an experienced IT team working on the security of your data. Your data is in good hands with us and will not be passed on to third parties. To improve the shopping experience, we use Google(AdWords and Analytics) services.

What happens after the order ?

After receipt of your order you will immediately receive an automatic order confirmation to your e-mail address. Your order will be checked manually within the next hour and you will receive our invoice as PDF. The ordered product is now immediately (if in stock) handed over to the dispatch (except prepayment).

If the product is not in stock, an urgent order will be placed with the manufacturer, as soon as the product arrives at our premises, it will go through our certification process and will also be handed over to dispatch, this usually happens the next day after the product arrives at our factory.

All steps of the above mentioned process, from the arrival of your order at our factory to the delivery of the product to the shipping company, are included in the delivery time indicated on the product page.

How do I receive an invoice for my order ?

You will receive the invoice for your order in two ways. Shortly after receipt of your order (maximum 1 hour during working hours) you will receive an invoice to the e-mail address provided during registration as a PDF file, the original will also be sent as a printed version with your product.
